The Western Division of American Fisheries Society, together with the Mexico Chapter of American Fisheries Society, is seeking the support of your organization as a Sponsor and/or a Vendor at our fabulous Trade Show.  We have a special offer this year for Trade Show booths at $500 USD, which are also complimentary to sponsors at that Mojarra level or higher, if desired.

We are anticipating that 400-600 fisheries professionals from throughout the United States, Mexico, Canada, Bahamas, France, and other countries will be participating in this international conference.  The conference will include well-known plenary speakers and hundreds of scientific presentations so we expect to have a top-notch commercial Trade Show for the benefit of both vendors and participants.

To make this important conference and other the Western Division AFS and Mexico Chapter of AFS activities successful, we are requesting your financial or in-kind contributions.  All donations are tax deductible (we are a US 501(C)3 nonprofit organization).  We offer a variety of recognition and benefits for contributors and vendors at our upcoming conference.  Donation options and associated recognition opportunities include:

Trade Show

The Trade Show will be held in the major ballroom of the El Cid Conference Center.  The conference poster session and all coffee breaks will be held in the same room as the Trade Show.  Each Trade Show booth is 10×10’ and includes the backdrop, walls, a table and chairs (see photos from the 2012 show at the same hotel).  Power is available.
